New Patient Portal

We are thrilled to announce that from 13th January 2025, Straven Medical is upgrading our patient management system, including a new patient portal!

Beginning Monday, we will be using MyIndici for all appointment bookings, prescription requests, and test results; all previous records will also be transferred over. Please note that Manage My Health will no longer be active for our practice, however you will still be able to access your previous records.

To get started with MyIndici, simply follow this link to register: Register for MyIndici. For more information about the MyIndici patient portal, you can visit their website: MyIndici Portal.

Once registered you can download the MyIndici2.0 app from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.

If you have any questions or need assistance, feel free to contact Straven Medical directly. We’re here to help!

Repeat Prescriptions

Please login to your myindici portal to request a repeat prescription. If you wish to request anything different from your selected medications, either more, less or other type, please indicate in the notes.

If you would like to have your prescription sent to a pharmacy, please indicate in the notes the name of the pharmacy. Please note that some pharmacies have a charge to receive electronic prescriptions - please check this with your pharmacy.

Your prescription can take up to 72 hours to process. If this is more urgent, please select "Request script as urgent".

Please note - repeat prescriptions are only available at your doctor’s discretion for stable medical conditions which have had medication previously prescribed by Straven Medical . A consultation with your doctor will be required every six to twelve months to allow a review of your medication. Thank you for your understanding.
